Oman's Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI) offers external scholarships for Omani citizens to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate study abroad, including in Australia.

Eligibility
What you need to apply.
- Omani nationality.
- Strong academic achievement in high school or previous study.
- An unconditional offer from a MoHERI-approved university abroad.
- A chosen field of study relevant to Oman's job market and national development priorities.

Required documents (Master's)
- Completed graduate student, equivalency and commitment forms (from the ministry)
- High school certificate copy
- Bachelor's degree and transcript copies
- ID card and passport copies, plus two passport photos
- University acceptance letter from a ministry-recommended institution
PhD applicants additionally submit Master's degree documentation and a thesis copy, where applicable.
